For McCormack Baron Salazar, Inc., prepared a market feasibility analysis to support a successful tax credit application for two phases of development for 217 affordable rental housing units in Richmond, CA. The project is a HUD HOPE IV effort. The analysis specifically addressed the demand for large family units of three or four bedrooms among very-low- and low-income households in the area. The project is currently under construction.

For EAH, Inc., a non-profit housing developer, CCG prepared a market feasibility analysis to support a successful application for tax exempt mortgage financing for a 27-unit family rental project in rural Point Reyes Station, CA. The report included an assessment of the rental market in neighboring communities, tailored to understanding demand, vacancy, and pricing in this unique market area.

Emerald Park, Alameda County
CCG was hired by the Alameda County Surplus Property Department to perform a feasibility assessment and create a strategy for development of a 300+ unit affordable housing project, which is part of a larger mixed-use development on County-owned surplus land adjacent to the Dublin BART station. CCG assisted the County in developing a strategy that optimizes the available gap filling mechanisms to reach its affordable housing goals for the site, which involved layering multiple subsidy resources. In addition, CCG assisted with developer solicitation and selection for the project.
