The need for housing that is adequate and affordable to people of different income levels is of central concern to communities across the nation. CCG has worked with non-profit developers and redevelopment agencies throughout California in order to assess the housing need in a given area, test the financial feasibility of proposed developments, prepare market verification for tax credit applications, and fully analyze affordability gaps and subsidy requirements to insure construction of affordable homes in California.
