CCG and its principal have been involved in crafting city-wide economic development strategies for the cities of Livermore, San Mateo, and Hesperia. These strategies have often involved working with citizens' committees to develop a feasible plan uniquely tailored to assure improved quality of life based on local residents' vision and goals, and guiding public action to implement these strategies over the long term. In addition, we have developed strategies for the revitalization of downtowns and key corridors in Montebello, Yuba City, San Fernando, San Francisco's Bayview district, Richmond, and Oakland.
